06 Your Content & Rights
You own the photos and information you post. However, you grant True Match a worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content for the purpose of operating the service.
Terms of Service

By creating an account on True Match, you enter into a legally binding contract with True Match Kenya. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service, including those in the Diaspora.
02 Eligibility
You must meet these strict criteria to join our community:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
- Marital Intent: You must be seeking a serious, long-term relationship or marriage.
- Criminal Record: You represent that you have never been convicted of a felony or any crime involving violence, sexual misconduct, or financial fraud.
- Single Identity: You may only maintain one active profile at any given time.
03 Mandatory AI Verification
Security Protocol 2026
To ensure 100% authenticity, True Match requires a Mandatory AI Liveness Check. You agree to provide a real-time facial scan that will be compared against your profile photos. Failure to complete this within 24 hours of registration will result in account suspension.
04 Rules of Professional Conduct
True Match is a premium environment. The following behaviors result in an immediate permanent ban:
- Financial Solicitation: Asking another member for "fare," "emergency airtime," or any form of financial assistance.
- Catfishing: Using photos that are not your own or using AI-generated "deepfake" imagery.
- Tribalism: Engaging in hate speech or discrimination based on ethnic background or county of origin.
- Commercial Use: Using the platform to sell products, services, or adult content.
05 M-Pesa Payments & Credits
True Match utilizes a credit-based system to maintain the quality of the community.
- M-Pesa Security: All transactions are processed through authorized gateways. True Match does not store your M-Pesa PIN.
- No-Refund Policy: All credit purchases are final. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the platform.
- Taxes: Prices shown include all applicable Kenyan digital service taxes.
07 AI Matching & Algorithms
In 2026, True Match uses advanced behavioral AI to suggest compatible partners. You acknowledge that:
- Matching is based on data you provide (Income, Tribe, Location, Goals).
- We do not guarantee that every match will result in a connection or marriage.
- AI is used to actively shadow-ban accounts exhibiting "scammer patterns."
08 Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT: True Match is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the service. You agree to use caution in all interactions, especially when meeting in person for the first time. We do not conduct criminal background checks on all users.
10 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi.
